- Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care throughout the surgical experience.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status.
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures, recovery expectations, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Promote patient safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Support a positive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient care.
