Join our team at Lakeland Regional Medical Center Women’s Pavilion, a modern, beautifully equipped facility, and experience practicing at the top of your scope, supported, empowered, and valued. Prefer a mix of cases? We’ve got you covered. Our Women’s Pavilion OR day coverage includes: GYN, Urology, bread and butter general surgery, and the capability of covering C-sections. While this is an OB/GYN facility, OB floor coverage is not required.

You simply need to have the ability to cover C-sections.

• Full-time base salary: $240K (with 2+ years experience) plus $30k retention bonus
• Day shift: 10-hour shifts available
