Compassionate Care Hospice (CCH), an Amedisys Company, is hiring an RN On-call in Lakeland, FL. The role requires daily travel to assigned areas, with a schedule of evenings and on-call coverage from Monday through Friday.
You will assess new admissions, coordinate care plans, and communicate progress to the care team. Ideal candidates hold a current RN license in Florida, at least 1 year of acute RN experience, and CPR certification.
