Responsibilities Include- Delivering patient care in home settings according to plans and protocols
- Documenting care electronically using tablets
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs
- Maintaining compliance with licensing, CPR, and TB testing requirements
- Providing quality nursing services within scope of practice
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification (training available after hire)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
Skills and qualities: Compassion, teamwork, adaptability, reliability, and communication skills.
