Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Lakeland, FL
Shift: All Shifts Available
Salary: $17 - $19 per hour plus shift differentials
Charming Lakes Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional care and making a real difference in the lives of others, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support residents during mealtime, including feeding assistance when necessary
- Ensure safe mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
- Accurately document care and observations using appropriate logs and reports
- Valid CNA license in the State of Florida
- A genuine passion for senior care and resident well-being
- Strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork and integrity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
