Position Summary
- Has responsibility and accountability for planning, scheduling and staffing, coordinating, and delivering all routine patient care services for a designated agency with more than $10 million in budgeted net revenue per year, as well as other special assignments directed by the Director Home Care, while ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations and standards, including JCAHO.
- Works in conjunction with the DON and PCS to conduct quarterly quality improvement committee meetings, review patient satisfaction data, follow up on negative patient satisfaction surveys, and conduct follow-up visits with referral sources.
- Ensures identified deficiencies are followed through in a timely manner.
- Assures documentation and communication occur and follow-up is completed with Corporate Responsibility on any complaints.
Minimum Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Education:
Associate degree in Nursing with an RN license, or a bachelor’s degree in a health care-related field. - Experience:
Three years in a supervisory role in a related field and three years of home care experience. - Credential: RN (Registered Nurse) license required with an associate degree in Nursing.
