Ad-Vance Talent Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician for a manufacturing facility in Lakeland. This role supports quality operations through inspections, documentation control, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Technician
Location:
Lakeland, FL
Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Support validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Assist with non-conformance investigations and customer/supplier complaints
- Review and maintain quality documentation
- Conduct work order reviews and releases
- Support cleanroom monitoring
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Collaborate with production and other departments
- Ensure compliance with GMP and GDP requirements
- Quality experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- ISO 13485 and/or FDA QSR experience a plus
- High school diploma required; college preferred
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Class 8 temperature-controlled cleanroom
- Standing/walking for 8-10-hour shifts
