Job Summary
$16.50/hr /QC 2nd shift Position/3pm-finish
Lifting: L25-L30
Software Needed: basic computer skills
Experience in QC is preferred but willing to train if needed.
Responsibilities- Inspect products at various stages of production to ensure compliance to internal and external requirements.
- Perform first piece, receiving, in-process and final inspections on products in accordance with written procedures.
- Interpret internal engineering drawings, Product Specifications, Work Instructions and customer specifications to ensure products conform to specification.
- Notify the appropriate manager of non-conforming products, procedures or policies.
- Ensure that all production records are included in device history records.
- Maintain necessary supplies, materials and equipment to conduct all testing required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Examine quality, appearance and performance of complicated equipment, instruments or products.
- Handle moving mechanical parts and moderate noise level during frequent exposure.
- Ability to perform all inspections for quality, appearance, and performance of complicated equipment, instruments or products.
