Randstad USA seeks a dynamic QA Manager to lead quality programs at our Lakeland plant and drive operational excellence. You will oversee inspections, audits, QMS compliance, LEAN initiatives and customer complaint resolution with root-cause analysis.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in QA management;
Six Sigma certification and SAP experience are a plus. The role focuses on reducing cost of poor quality and continuous improvement.
