Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee product quality and drive operational excellence at our manufacturing plant. In this role, you will lead quality programs, ensure QMS compliance, implement LEAN methodologies, and manage customer complaints using root-cause analysis. You will collaborate across all levels to control the cost of poor quality and foster continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in QA management.
- Skills: Root-cause analysis, data tracking, audit execution, and coaching/training.
- Pluses: Six Sigma certification and SAP experience.

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year
Shift: First
Work Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
Education: Bachelors
Responsibilities- Lead quality programs, conduct inspections, and audits; as well as, meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure the QMS conforms to the set standards and the processes are delivering their intended objectives.
- Evaluate products and processes for acceptance criteria, initiate corrective actions to remove or mitigate root causes.
- Planning, managing, and executing actions to ensure compliance with the requirements of regulatory government agencies, QMS standards, and customers’ needs.
- Define the key operational processes in order to control cost of poor quality.
- Lead the implementation of LEAN.
- Control systems, tools, and metrics to accurately measure progress and drive continuous improvement which supports performance of the entire production team.
- Perform inspections and audits, and report findings.
- Manage customers complaints, including root cause analysis and corrective action reports.
