Sales Associate

Overview

Responsibilities Retail associates create a safe and secure environment while educating customers and fulfilling their needs. Candidate will work with a full selection of firearms, firearms accessories, and ammunition. Employees will work successfully in all departments of the store (handguns, long guns, tactical firearms, etc.) and also work as Range Safety Officers supervising our indoor shooting range, as well as assist with maintenance of indoor shooting range.

• Provide customer service in a safe, secure environment and educate customers on products and options.
• Work with a full selection of firearms, firearms accessories, and ammunition.
• Work across all store departments (handguns, long guns, tactical firearms, etc.).
• Assist with the supervision of the indoor shooting range as Range Safety Officers and help with range maintenance.

• Firearm knowledge is a plus but is not required (we train).

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Preemployment drug screening and continued compliance with Drug Free Workplace policy.
• Criminal background check.
• U.S. Citizen or eligibility to work in United States.
• Must be willing to work at least one full weekend shift.

The Sales Associate position starts at $17.00 an hour plus commission for this location. However, top performers can earn around $18.00 to $21.00 an hour.
