Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service positions available.

Start your career as a trainee in our 5‑week paid training program. Earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Continue to grow by entering the Pawnbroker Certification Program and earn an additional $1/hour. Excel and explore opportunities to promote to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager). Apply for Store Manager in Training, which includes a 12‑week training program to prepare you to run your own store.

As a Retail Customer Service Representative (Pawnbroker), you will:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone
• Process sales, loans, and extensions
• Perform opening and closing store duties
• Interact with customers daily, helping with sales and negotiating mutually satisfying agreements regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more
• Create a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets us apart from the competition

• High school diploma or GED
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics) is a plus
• Sales background, a plus
• Bilingual language skills, a plus
