Territory Manager - Lakeland - Sebring, FL

The Kestra team has over 400 years of experience in the cardiac medical device markets. Founded in 2014, Kestra focuses on uniting modern wearable technologies with proven device therapies, offering solutions that prioritize patient comfort and dignity. We are seeking a Territory Manager responsible for securing new business and managing a sales area independently, often remotely. This role involves consulting with clients in clinical settings, providing training, support, and assistance with reimbursement processes.

Essential

Duties
  • Manage sales and support of Kestra products
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance objectives
  • Build trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Prepare and present quarterly Business Plans
  • Manage expenses according to company policies
  • Attend industry exhibits and conventions
  • Coordinate patient interactions with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care
  • Provide feedback to internal teams
  • Implement market strategies in collaboration with Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Manage the sales cycle from introduction to delivery
  • Develop long-term partnerships through sales calls
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and client relationships
  • Respond to client issues and maintain records
  • Adhere to confidentiality policies regarding patient information

    Minimum Requirements
    • At least 3 years of successful outdoor sales experience in the medical field
    • Experience with Challenger Sale, SPIN, or similar models
    • Residency in the assigned territory
    • Strong business acumen and communication skills
    • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
    • Ability to work remotely and achieve hospital credentialing
    Preferred Experience
    • Over 5 years in Cardiac Rhythm Management or interventional cardiology sales
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing
    • Experience selling to cardiology or electrophysiology practices
    • Knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams
    Work Environment and Physical Demands

    Fast-paced, with frequent travel, extended hours, and typical clinical setting noise. Physical demands include lifting up to 40 pounds, prolonged standing/sitting, and extensive computer and phone use.

    Benefits and Compensation
