Account Executive – Near North Title Group

As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our success by engaging in outcome-oriented business development practices.
Key Responsibilities- Promote our comprehensive range of services, including title insurance, escrow, construction escrow, and 1031 Exchange operations.
- Establish positive and proactive relationships with clients and deliver proactive communication, exceptional support, and first-class service.
- Promptly submit complete and accurate title orders and conduct sales presentations, cold calls, and other appointments while maintaining accurate records.
- Attend trade shows, conventions, seminars, and real estate events.
- Stay informed about customer and competitor activities.
- 5+ years of title or real estate sales experience.
- Results-oriented professional with a proven track record of high performance.
- Existing contact list and relationships with key industry players.
- Strong accountability and exceptional territory management skills.
- Experience meeting sales quotas in highly competitive markets.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly and work after hours as needed.
