Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling products.
- Process and fulfill orders accurately, including pulling orders, assisting walk‑ins, and loading orders for customers.
- Oversee customer orders and quote requests received through multiple channels for all account levels.
- Maintain accurate order records using sales order computer software.
- Demonstrated success working with customers.
- Experience with inventory sales/order systems.
- Prior experience in industrial distribution or construction supply.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment, working independently or as part of a team.
- Experience using sales order computer software.
