The Business Development Manager expands market share through new business development, sales opportunities, and by providing full end-to-end customer sales and account management.

- Provideconsultativeaccountmanagementfocusedonsafety,workforce optimization,and performance.
- Winnetnewlogosandgrowyourmanufacturing-focusedterritory.
- Energetic,competitivemindsetwithapassionforthemanufacturingsector.
- Provensuccessgeneratingnewaccountsusing Zoom Info ,Linked In,andCRM.
- Strongbusinessacumen—abilitytounderstandproductionworkflowsandworkforcedemand.
- Excellentorganizationandtimemanagementskills.
- Salesforceexperienceisaplus.
- Strong communication,presentation,and relationship‑building skills.
- Valid driver’slicense
- Experienceinoutsidesales.
