Responsibilities- Actively engage with potential customers through door-to-door outreach, community events, and networking opportunities to generate new sales leads.
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored energy or solar solutions that meet their requirements.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up effectively.
- Conduct sales presentations to diverse audiences, ensuring clear communication and understanding of product benefits.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals confidently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly.
- Proven experience in outside sales, especially in energy or solar sales environments.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate with a diverse client base.
- Familiarity with door-to-door sales techniques and community outreach strategies.
- Background in marketing or technical sales is a plus, demonstrating the ability to explain complex products clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets and guiding team efforts.
