2020 Companies, in partnership with Starlink, are hiring part‑time Retail Sales & Activation Specialists. Pay: $18/hr base pay, up to $4/hr bonus, total up to $22/hr earning potential.
Schedule:
16‑20 hours per week – Friday to Sunday availability required. Dates: 7/27/26 – 11/01/26.
In this role, you will work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Starlink residential and mobile internet products that meet their needs. You will be a subject‑matter expert on Starlink services, ensuring an interactive and informative shopping experience. Building relationships within a retail environment and having a technology‑first mindset are key as you explain the benefits of Starlink satellite Internet. All technology training is provided.

- Be a team player: partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports using your mobile device.
- Consistent weekend schedule: primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Foster positive partner, field, and store relationships; adapt to local retail store environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
- Ability to engage, demonstrate, and facilitate the sales process.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Thrive in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Own a smartphone with current iOS or Android software.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
