Digital Marketing & Social Media Associate

Racecar Engineering, a proven leader for nearly 30 years in high‑performance motorsports parts distribution, is hiring a full‑time in‑house Digital Marketing & Social Media Associate.

The selected candidate will enjoy a very pleasant and fast‑paced working environment that includes our immaculate showroom, call center, and adjoining warehouse facility, all of which are completely smoke‑free.

This role focuses on growing our brand and promoting our products across social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and digital platforms including eBay, , and more. The position requires creativity, motivation, flexibility, and dependability.

Must be comfortable with content creation tools and content management. Motorsports knowledge is a big plus, but not required.

ONCE AGAIN - This position is an in‑house position at our corporate offices and NOT a remote position.

• Manage and grow the company’s presence across multiple social media and digital platforms.
• Create engaging posts, reels, ads, and other promotional content.
• Promote sales, product specials, company & industry events, and new products.
• Produce photo & video content and edit it for social media use.
• Engage with social media followers, respond to inquiries, and convert online leads into sales and loyal customers.

• Minimum two (2) years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Valid driver’s license and high‑school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional and neat appearance.
• Great attention to detail and first‑rate communication skills.
• Willingness to be a team player.
• Motivation to succeed in a fast‑paced environment.
• Superior problem‑solving skills and competence with Windows® and graphics arts & video programs.
• Flexibility to attend weekend motorsports events & industry‑related functions.
• Available Monday–Friday 8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m. with occasional pre‑scheduled weekends as needed.

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
