Your mission is simple:
Fill our calendar with qualified appointments that show up. Everything you do—calls, texts, emails, follow-up, and relationship building—should help more athletes and families experience D1 Training for the first time. You'll work closely with our General Manager, whose primary responsibility is closing memberships. Your job is to create opportunities by generating appointments, delivering an exceptional first impression, and building relationships that lead to long-term members.
As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a full sales role with increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities.
Your day will be focused on creating opportunities for our coaches and sales team while providing an outstanding experience for every prospective member.
- Respond quickly to new leads by phone, text, email, and CRM
- Schedule free trial workouts and consultations
- Confirm appointments and maximize show rates
- Consistently follow up with prospective members
- Build relationships with parents, athletes, and adult members
- Maintain accurate notes and excellent CRM discipline
- Welcome guests and create an outstanding first impression
- Conduct facility tours when appropriate
- Support community events, outreach efforts, and member appreciation events
- Assist with front desk responsibilities as needed
- Work closely with the General Manager and coaching staff to help grow the business
Success in this role is measured by results. During your first 90 days, you'll be expected to:
- Consistently book qualified appointments
- Maintain outstanding appointment show rates

Preferred, but not required:
- One year or more of sales or customer service experience
- Experience with phone sales, appointment setting, or lead follow-up
- Fitness industry experience is a plus
- Experience using a CRM system is helpful
You’ll be part of a growing team that believes in professionalism, accountability, and helping people become their best. You’ll work alongside experienced coaches while developing valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills that can open doors for future opportunities within D1.
