Leaders Furniture is looking for a passionate, customer-focused Sales Professional to join our vibrant team.

This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings

40-hour workweek | M-S 10-7, Sun 10-6 | - Generous PTO, no blackout dates.
- Culture:
Supportive, low-pressure, and team-driven environment.
- Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs.
- Must be able to travel to Largo for a week of training and twice annually to sales meetings.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat, positive attitude
- Comfort with POS systems
