Sales Development Representative

• Drive new business growth through high‑volume outbound calling and prospect engagement
• Identify and qualify leads across diverse industries by uncovering shipping needs and decision‑maker contacts
• Present New Age Logistics’ drayage, intermodal, and FTL solutions with confidence and professionalism
• Capture and track prospect activity in our CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and follow‑up
• Schedule introductory calls and hand off qualified leads to senior leadership
• Collaborate directly with the President of New Age Logistics to refine outreach strategies and improve results
• Learn the ins and outs of freight brokerage and logistics while hitting key performance goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Interest in a sales career within the logistics industry
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, telemarketing, or other fast‑paced, people‑facing roles
• Strong computer skills and technically savvy
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Demonstrated resilience and comfort with high‑volume outreach and rejection
• High degree of accountability and persistence
• Strong sense of urgency
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently to meet daily activity goals
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Team player
• Eager to learn and open to different methods of execution
• Strong time‑management and prioritization skills
• Excellent persuasion skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Travel is required based on operational and customer needs

• Associate’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field
• Participation in college‑level athletics or other high‑discipline extracurriculars
• Experience using CRM software (i.e., Salesforce)
• Bilingual, English/Spanish
