Provide customer service to clients by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site contacts and/or public responders as required;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, office areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points and security-related systems such as CCTV, access control, and intrusion notifications, completing required documentation and/or reports;
Support technology-focused operations by assisting with visitor management, delivery and driver check-in, and adherence to site rules for restricted areas and/or controlled assets
