** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a fast-paced technology location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and help to support timely communication with site contacts and/or first responders.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.

+ Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and document security-related incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports.

+ Support site operations by addressing questions, reporting maintenance and/or property issues to appropriate personnel, and following post orders for assigned patrol responsibilities.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.

+ A guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
