Provide customer service at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions;
Monitor entry points, badge checks, and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols to help to deter unauthorized access and support daily operations;
Observe and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations encountered during patrols, and follow post orders for escalation and incident reporting
