Security Officer Driver Front Desk

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific policies, visitor management procedures, and assigned security-related protocols for a financial services location;
Monitor lobby and entrance activity, verify identification and access permissions as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior;
Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify the appropriate personnel when needed;
Maintain detailed front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site requirements;
Communicate with staff, guests, and/or emergency responders regarding access concerns, unusual activity, and other security-related matters
