Security Officer Patrol Agent

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including office areas, common spaces, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with attention to unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by verifying credentials, directing visitors, and reporting access concerns according to site protocols.;
Support security-related operations within a technology-focused location by observing facility activity, reporting maintenance and/or operational concerns that could impact the site, and communicating professionally with employees and guests.
