Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Reception Services

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific procedures and supporting a professional front-desk experience at a logistics and distribution location;
Monitor visitor access, verify identification and/or appointment information, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate entry and departure records in accordance with site policies;
Answer and direct phone calls, receive deliveries, coordinate with site contacts, and communicate visitor or contractor arrivals to appropriate personnel;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel;
Maintain awareness of front-desk activity and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related incidents to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management
