Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Visitor Coordination

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors at the front desk of a financial services location by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.;
Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials as required, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests to appropriate areas.;
Answer phones, receive deliveries, and communicate routine information to employees, visitors, and/or authorized personnel.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate contacts and documenting activities as required.;
Maintain a professional front-desk presence to help deter unauthorized access and support a welcoming environment.
