Are you a skilled plumber with a passion for solving problems and helping people? We’re looking for aService Plumberto join our growing team. In this role, you’ll diagnose and repair plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings, ensuring smooth water flow and top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Plumbing Services
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues quickly and accurately.
- Perform maintenance and installations that keep systems running smoothly.
- Maintain a well-stocked, professional service vehicle to ensure prompt service.
Customer Service
- “Pet the Dog” AKA break the ice and build a relationship.
- Communicate clearly about the problem, solutions, pricing, and timelines.
- Ensure every customer walks away satisfied with the service experience.
- Deliver top-quality plumbing work while staying efficient and organized.
- Manage your time to complete jobs promptly and professionally.
- Follow best practices and exceed industry standards.
Compliance & Documentation
- Stay updated on plumbing codes and ensure all work meets legal and safety standards.
- Implement proper documentation for compliance and reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation has been attached to Service Titan.
- Ensure that all notes have been added to Service Titan.
- Ensure that the “Job Checklist” is checked daily.
- Collaborate with team members to share expertise and insights.
- Coordinate with support staff for scheduling and logistical support.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Safety
- Adhere to safety standards and guidelines while performing plumbing tasks.
- Utilize personal protective equipment and ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay current on safety regulations and best practices.
Experience and Skill Set
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Service Plumbing experience
- Clean MVR (no major violations/accidents in the last 3 years)
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Frequent walking, standing, driving, and occasional ladder climbing
- Occasionally exposed to heat, noise, and various job site conditions
Schedule & Travel
- Full-time:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (40+ hours/week) - Some evening, weekend, and on-call work required
- Local travel is common; occasional overnight trips are possible
