We are currently seeking highly motivated professional Multi-skilled Plumbers

If you are looking for a W2 position that offers the flexibility of an independent job, we can help: we find and schedule jobs for you; you provide the quality craftsmanship and customer service our clients expect. You will work out of your home on a full-time or part-time basis, traveling to job sites in Lakeland and nearby areas using your own truck or van (or a company vehicle).
Potential income ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, with benefits and performance bonuses.

Provide quality craftsmanship and customer service. Travel to job sites in Lakeland and nearby areas using your own vehicle or company vehicle. Perform plumbing work and coordinate with other trades as needed.
Qualifications- Successful prior track record as a Plumber/Craftsman
- Ability to perform minor electrical and light plumbing and other trades
- Own standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Residence within 20 miles of the city of Lakeland
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong documentation and invoicing skills
- Project estimating skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check
