We are hiring Residential Electrical/Plumbing/HVAC Technician Trainees who are eager to build careers in the skilled trades. As a trainee, you’ll gain hands‑on experience and classroom instruction while contributing to the daily operations of our Education Center.

• Assist licensed technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Learn and follow safety procedures, tool usage, and building code requirements
• Support job site setup, cleanup, and material handling
• Report to the Education Center on time every day
• Assist with daily setup, cleanup, and Education Center maintenance during non‑class weeks
• Maintain excellent attendance and reliability, as consistent presence is essential

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong interest in a career in the electrical, plumbing, or HVAC trades
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and maintain an organized environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred (but Not Required)

• Prior vocational training, hands‑on trade experience, or construction background

• Paid training and mentorship in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC trades
