Perform exterior window cleaning on high-rise buildings using rope descent systems and other approved methods;
Conduct sealing and caulking work to maintain the integrity of building exteriors;
Perform pressure washing services as needed on various surfaces;
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and standards;
Conduct pre- and post-job equipment checks and ensure proper use and maintenance
