Position Overview
The CIPP Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising trenchless rehabilitation crews performing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) installations. The ideal candidate is an experienced CIPP foreman with hands-on knowledge of multiple curing methods, including hot water curing, who can ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. This position involves frequent overnight travel throughout Florida based on project needs.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise daily activities of CIPP crews (2-7 members)
- Plan and execute CIPP installations, including bypass setup, liner handling, inversion, curing (hot water and other methods as applicable), cool-down, and reinstatement coordination
- Operate and oversee CIPP equipment, including lining trucks, boilers, pumps, compressors, and generators
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, OSHA requirements, confined space regulations, and company safety policies
- Conduct job site safety meetings and inspections
- Maintain quality control throughout the lining and curing process
- Communicate daily progress, material needs, and issues with Project Managers and Superintendents
- Complete accurate production, safety, and time documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors and traffic control as needed
- Other duties as required
- 3-5 years of experience in trenchless construction with CIPP installation experience
- Previous experience as a CIPP Foreman or Lead
- Hands-on experience with hot water curing systems (required)
- Experience with additional curing methods (steam or UV) is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and work orders
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record (CDL preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and confined space safety requirements
- Ability to travel nightly throughout Florida as project needs require
- Physically able to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 90 lbs. occasionally
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Field-based role with frequent overnight travel
- Frequent standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting
- Exposure to traffic, confined spaces, heat, chemicals, and construction hazards
