Adena Corporation is a nationally recognized leader in construction and specialty fabrication, delivering large-scale projects across the steel, concrete, industrial, and themed/ride sectors. We are seeking an experienced Ironworker Foreman to join our team. This is a hands-on, working foreman role responsible for leading crews in the erection of structural and miscellaneous steel. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in conventional structural steel erection, including stairs and related components.
In addition to crew leadership, this role may also involve performing welding duties and limited millwright functions as needed to support project execution.

* Lead and direct crew members to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality.
* Serve as a working foreman, actively participating in steel erection tasks.
* Unload, shake out, organize, and prepare steel materials for installation.
* Erect structural steel including columns, beams, bar joists, metal deck, and frame components.
* Install miscellaneous steel such as stairs, handrails, guardrails, catwalks, ladders, grating, kicker braces, supports, and related items.
* Perform welding and bolting per project details, including moment connections and torch-cutting as needed.
* Set and grout precast hollow-core planks.
* Provide accurate layout, alignment, and installation to meet job-specific tolerances.
* Signal equipment operators to ensure safe and precise lifts and placements.
* Follow all company and site safety policies, ensuring a safe work environment.
* Previous Foreman Experience Required : 3-5 years minimum
* Rigging experience required
* Welding Certification 3G, 4G, & 6G
* Mechanical ability to perform millwright type functions required
* Sufficient education or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training that provides the desired knowledge, skills and characteristics to perform duties of the role
* 30 Hour OSHA Certification or willingness to obtain within ninety (90) days of employment
* Must maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Ability to work at heights without fear
