Perform job tasks in a safe manner and actively participate in site safety, quality, and 5-S teams;
Read fabrication and layout drawings, P&IDs, parts break-down, and BOMs; understand lubrication practices, vibration measurement, and laser alignment; troubleshoot equipment and determine repairs or replacement parts;
Understand plant equipment systems including mechanical, rotating equipment, conveyors, pumps, fans, and seal repairs; perform preventive and predictive maintenance;
Operate in a multi-craft environment with on-call maintenance coverage for off hours, weekends, and holidays;
Comply with environmental, safety, and health policies and safe work practices; collaborate with engineers, maintenance techs, site personnel, and outside contractors
