• Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems
• Performing preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
• Completing electrical, plumbing, and other repairs as needed
• Reading blueprints, interpreting job specs, and maintaining accurate documentation
• Uploading before‑and‑after photos and communicating with clients
• Managing time effectively to complete projects within deadlines
• Working independently while supporting team goals
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (with occasional overtime available)

• Proven experience in HVAC service, repair, and maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems
• Ability to read blueprints and job specifications
• Excellent time management and reliability
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
• Ability to lift, climb, and perform typical physical construction tasks
• HVAC certification and experience with commercial HVAC systems
