Rack Installer

Talascend is currently seeking a Rack Installer for a contract opportunity with our client in Lakeland, Florida.

The role involves installing racks, uprights, beams, wire decking, B-decking, and plywood, with the ability to work at heights using a scissor lift up to 36 feet. The position requires the use of various tools and adherence to safety protocols.

• Install uprights, beams, wire decking, B-decking, and plywood.
• Work in a scissor lift up to 36 feet high.
• Wear harnesses and other PPE as required.
• Use tools provided by the site, including rubber mallet, impact gun, screw gun, and hammer drill.
• Drill anchor holes to secure uprights in place.

• Relevant experience in rack installation or similar role.
• Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments.
• Own steel toe boots and willingness to wear PPE.
