• Perform residential electrical services including:
• Panel upgrades and replacements
• EV charger installations
• Surge protection
• Lighting, outlets, ceiling fans, and smart home devices
• Troubleshooting and circuit

• Identify safety issues and provide code-compliant recommendations.

• 1+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Proficiency in panel swaps, service upgrades, EV charger installs
  , and general troubleshooting.
• Must be comfortable entering attics and crawlspaces.
• Own basic hand tools and testing equipment (we provide heavy-duty tools and safety gear).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Fluent in English (Spanish a plus).

Start at $22-26 / HR during onboarding. After training, our pay model rewards performance, allowing top technicians to earn well above market averages based on job success and customer satisfaction.
