Performs various repairs and adjustments to plumbing, mechanical, fixtures, doors, windows and locks;
Initiates general repairs and installation of all types of plumbing systems including cast iron, PVC, CPVC, copper and polyethylene (HDPE) piping;
Operates maintenance equipment; makes minor repairs to building infrastructures and furniture; cleans guttering;
Repairs and maintains varied office equipment and building components;
Bolts metal parts as required; repairs buildings and shelters; repairs and maintains varied office equipment
