Maintenance Technician

Are you experienced in maintenance, welding, and fabrication? We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a growing team in Lakeland, FL!

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00/hour (based on experience and interview)

Schedule: ✅ Monday
- Friday
✅ 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience
• Manufacturing equipment maintenance experience
• Trailer maintenance experience
• Automotive maintenance experience
• Welding skills
• Fabrication experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Repair and maintain trailers and automotive equipment
• Complete welding and fabrication projects as needed
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
