Lead HVAC Technician

True Plumbers & AC is hiring a Lead HVAC Technician to lead air conditioning and heating service calls, maintenance visits, and system installations for residential and commercial properties across Central Florida. You will serve homeowners and businesses in Lakeland, Plant City, Wesley Chapel, and nearby Central Florida communities, diagnosing and repairing all major makes and models and holding every job to the True standard.

Diagnose and repair air conditioning and heating systems of all major makes and models;
Lead installations and replacements of AC systems, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits;
Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups to keep systems efficient before peak cooling;
Check refrigerant levels, electrical components, thermostats, and airflow to spec;
Direct and mentor helpers on service calls and installs;
Keep records of work assignments.

Minimum 3+ years of HVAC experience;
Valid driver's license;
Able to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds;
Work well independently or as part of a team;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
