Pin Placements is building its network of experienced Golf & Turf Equipment Technicians for current and upcoming opportunities with private golf clubs, turf operations, and equipment organizations throughout Central Florida.

We are seeking mechanically skilled candidates with experience maintaining and repairing commercial turf equipment, utility vehicles, compact equipment, and related machinery. Candidates currently working for a golf course, equipment dealership, landscape operation, municipality, or similar organization are encouraged to apply.

• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial golf and turf equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues

• Service reel and rotary mowing equipment, utility vehicles, tractors, and other turf equipment

• Perform equipment inspections and identify developing maintenance issues

• Maintain accurate service and repair documentation

• Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and quality-control inspections

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Previous experience as an Equipment Technician, Golf Course Mechanic, Turf Equipment Technician, Equipment Manager, or similar position

• Experience with commercial turf equipment and/or compact equipment

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability

• Knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems

• Experience with brands such as Jacobsen, Toro, John Deere, Cushman, Bobcat, Redexim, Smithco, Husqvarna, or similar equipment is beneficial

• Reel grinding and cutting-unit experience is a plus

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and team members

We're particularly interested in technicians who enjoy troubleshooting equipment, take pride in the quality of their work, and want to continue developing their technical skills within the golf and turf industry.

Experience working directly at a golf course is valuable but not required
. Candidates coming from equipment dealerships, heavy or compact equipment, automotive, agricultural equipment, landscape equipment, or similar mechanical backgrounds may also be considered.
