Publix is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will play a key role interacting with enterprise teams to define and develop architecture, technical requirements, interfaces, & implementation approaches for enterprise applications in a hybrid cloud environment. As a member of this technology team, you will have an opportunity to influence architecture & design across enterprise/cross-functional teams in a high paced environment, participate in understanding customer/associate feedback to resolve or improve technical issues and develop, own, and drive implementation of the technology roadmap for Enterprise solutions.

On this team we are seeking a technical candidate with strong analytical, design, engineering, planning, and problem-solving skills as well as strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. The most suitable candidate will be able to communicate effectively with management, peers, and various development teams.

• Drive the design and delivery of full-stack enterprise solutions that span front-end experiences, back-end services, APIs, integrations, and data-driven workflows.
• Develop hybrid solutions that connect on-premises enterprise platforms with cloud-native services, enabling secure, scalable, and reliable application capabilities.
• Build and enhance cloud-native application patterns using modern engineering practices, including API-first design, event-driven architecture, automation, and CI/CD delivery.
