You will translate business needs into maintainable technical designs, develop and test complex programs, perform peer code reviews, support production systems, and guide other engineers through technical tasks and problem resolution. The work may include new implementations, replacement or modernization of existing solutions, platform enhancements, commercial or SaaS configurations, and integrations between enterprise systems. The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise software development experience, sound technical judgment, and the ability to lead complex engineering work while remaining actively involved in design, coding, testing, deployment, and operational support.

This role is well suited for an engineer who can independently solve difficult technical problems, communicate effectively with both technical and business partners, and help improve engineering practices across the team.
