Job Summary

CDL-A OTR Drivers Run 21 Days Home 7 100% No Touch (Full Time). Types of Jobs: OTR Van. CDL-A OTR Truck Drivers interested in earning $90-$112K per year working 40 weeks and off 12 weeks, running no touch freight. We are 100% no touch freight and 85% drop and hook. • Run 21‑day routes across IL, IN, KY, WV, MI, OH, PA, NJ, TN, DE, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA.
• Park the truck at a company facility in OH, PA, or NC after each run; company pays for your round‑trip flights.
• Drive 85% drop‑and‑hook and 100% no‑touch freight.

• Trucks average 18 months old with fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat‑screen TV, and XM radio.
• Models:
  Freightliners, KW, or Internationals.

• Starting pay based on experience and hazmat, ranging from $0.67 to $0.72 per mile.

• Full benefits, including bonus, PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k), start after 60 days.

• 12 months OTR experience in the last 8 months, with at least 2 months driving in winter conditions in the Midwest or Northeast.
• No DOT Preventable Recordable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years and none major.
• Moving violations and accidents total not greater than 3.
• No major moving violations such as 15 over, reckless, lane violation, etc., in the last 3 years.
• No DUI in the last 8 years and only one in a lifetime.
• No failed or refused DOT drug or alcohol test.
• All felonies and misdemeanors must be 10 years old.
