We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Helper / Box Truck Driver to join our counter top fabrication team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and is willing to help wherever needed. Duties include driving a company box truck, loading and unloading counter top materials, assisting in the warehouse, preparing jobs for installation, and supporting the fabrication shop as needed.

This is a hands-on position with excellent opportunities to learn the counter top industry and build a long-term career.

• Safely operate a company box truck for local deliveries.
• Load and unload countertops, cabinets, sinks, and related materials.
• Assist with preparing jobs for fabrication and installation.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.
• Assist the fabrication shop by moving materials and helping with production tasks.
• Keep the warehouse, yard, and delivery vehicles clean and organized.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training available if needed).
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Complete other warehouse and general labor duties as assigned.

• Valid Florida Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate a box truck.
• Previous warehouse, construction, delivery, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with team assistance when needed.
• Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the day.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in Florida weather.

• Starting pay of $15.00 per hour
