Contract: 3 months

• Join our client in a game-changing role as the
  Transportation Coordinator
  forour Lakeland campus which includes 4 different facilities.
• Inthis high-impact position, you’ll oversee all key transportation tasks for Lakeland campus and work closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) partner
  
  Saddle Creek Logistics. You’ll be at the forefront of launching transportationscheduling for these sites, all while ensuring operational excellence from dayone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Asthe Warehouse Transportation Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role indriving operational excellence, team development, and strategic 3PLpartnerships while supporting all aspects of the Inbound/Outbound Dock Schedule. Your responsibilities will include:

Leadership& Team Development

• Lead communication with all transport carriers, utilizing high level planning and performance management.
• Fostera culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Solveday-to-day transportation challenges and achieving long-term goals with scheduling.

3PL& Operational Excellence

• Partner with 3PL on dock scheduling, implementation of the dock schedule, and execution of the dock schedule.
• Driveimprovements in dock performance by providing a strategic dock schedule.

Inventory& Process Management

• LeveragePGT and Spotlight Optimization tools to enhance scheduling and product availability.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and corporate policies, including safety,transportation, accounting, and purchasing.

Customer Service & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Ensureon-time delivery aligned with Requested/Scheduled Arrival Dates.
• Build strong relationships across the PBC bottlers, Co-Packers, Repacker, PBNA/PFNACOE’s, and MFG.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and deliver exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all transportation responsibilities for our Lakeland Campus facilities.
• Route Orders daily in compliance with the transportation route guide; ensuring timelyexecution to meet the requested ship date and secure carrier capacity ahead ofthe competition.
• Trackcarrier performance and troubleshoot any loads that may be at risk of missingrequested arrival date.
• Ensureall new orders comply with company guidelines on weight and method ofshipment.
• Workwith carriers to schedule all assigned outbound and inbound shipments to our facility.
• Schedule appointments on all loads; working with the campus manager and third-partyfacility manager on dock capacity scheduling.
• Workwith all carriers on daily execution.
• Workwith on-site Transportation to deliver daily and weekly measurables.
• Workwith COE (center of excellence), and the service team on scheduling issues.
• Workwith COE, Warehouse, and Transportation on loads not scheduled by end ofperiod.
• Maintainreason code input within SAP for open order status reporting.
• Reviewprevious day’s dock schedule to ensure all orders are shipped, if not ensure timely reschedule.
• Collaborate with the shipping office regarding specific shipment requirements.
• Accountable for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance with the Overdue Mill Transit Receipts Report and Shipment Status Report.
• Ownership of daily, weekly, period service metrics as they relate to the role.
• Willbe cross trained to support other service center functions.
• Allother duties as assigned.
