Picker- (Part-time, 2nd shift, Weeknights

Cavalier Distributing is the distributor for a portfolio of premier specialty beverages across Ohio, Indiana and Florida. Founded in 1992, Cavalier partners with suppliers in the Craft and Import Beer, Wine, Spirits, and Non‑alcoholic beverage sectors to meet the beverage needs of over 10,000 accounts. The warehouse is currently seeking part‑time warehouse associates working two shifts per week, Monday through Thursday. Shifts typically start at 6:00 PM and end around 11:00 PM with no weekend work.

• Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners to locate correct beverage products.
• Stack, wrap, and label pallets before staging them for loading.
• Inspect product quality throughout the picking process.
• Assist with maintaining a clean warehouse environment.
• Operate a pallet jack and two‑wheel forklift.

• Basic understanding of Cavalier products.
• Effective communication skills with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to process information accurately and complete documentation.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, whole numbers, decimals).
• Independent working style.
• Fluent in written and spoken English at a high‑school level.
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation.

• Regular standing, walking, reaching, bending, and stooping.
• Reasonable ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 0–55 pounds; occasionally up to 165 pounds.
• Working in temperature‑controlled environments (30–100°F).
• Vision abilities required include distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to fill orders.
