Monday – Friday 2:30PM–11:00PM

The Lead Warehouse Associate will oversee handling of customer products, including loading and unloading. This leadership role assigns work and functions to all warehouse associates to meet customer needs, follows safety policies, and encourages compliance.

• Assign tasks to warehouse personnel through written and/or oral instruction (unloading, outbound staging and loading, verifying and labeling of freight).
• Supervise tasks performed by warehouse personnel.
• Complete reports and records in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot machine and equipment malfunctions and report them to maintenance personnel.
• Advise associates on product care and preservation, use of equipment, handling, storing, maintaining, shipping stock, and related problems.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service by assisting associates when help is needed.
• Take action and speak to associates when proper safety, quality, and productivity procedures are not followed.
• Collaborate productively with other warehouse associates.
• Adhere to safety policies and guidelines for safe working conditions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Must be 18years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Physically capable of performing demanding duties in non‑air‑conditioned or heated spaces.
• Qualified to pass pre‑employment drug screening and background check.

• Associate’s Degree (AA).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Forklift certificate and/or license.
